Parasite in my pool?

I have little "bugs" in my pool that look like a clear blob but they have a squiggly line down the middle of them. If they get to the side of the pool they will dry-out and all that is left is the black squiggle. I need to know if they are 'dangerous' , what they are and how I prevent them from coming back. (I live in the South Carolina if that matters/helps.)

If you have bugs of any king in your pool you should superchlorinate the water.
