Water bugs, swimming insects and sweat bees.
Foaming bubbly water. Frogs in the pool.
Dead animals in the swimming pool.

I too have a foam problem. They way it looks now is if you had taken a bath and the soap film is floating. The jet seems to be putting out this stuff. We bought the filter and new motor last year. this is when it started.

How can I get rid of this stuff?

Try getting an anti foaming agent from your main pool suplies dealer this should help
