what you want to do is remove kreepy krauly foot-pad and then take small flat screw-driver and remove the baffle plate that covers flapper. Stick it under end and lift it, did you buy the flapper as they have life time warranty?

do all of the kreepys have baffel plate? , I got mine used and there is nothing to hold the wedge in place.

It doesnt look like the baffle plate can be purchased as a part on any of the pool supply websites. Am I just out of luck and need to buy a new one? or can i get it seperately.

thankyou

then you must have a much older kreepy that has small nuts/bolts holding body together & wings are also this way.
undo them all & it splits apart & you can replace wedge.
