Cloudy

We have a 24 foot above ground pool that uses the frog system. Our water is clear when looking from above but when under water it is a little cloudy. We have shocked it, added algaecide. All readings for chemicals are good except PH is a little low and wondering if adding PH+ will get rid of this issue?

You really need to get yourself a decent FAS/DPD test kit (Taylor K2006c or TF Testkits TF100 in the states) to get accurate results. If you don't have one use a pool store as I need all the numbers including TC and CYA
