New Pool in South Florida

Hello Everyone,

I’m in the early stages of building a pool for my family. We have decided on a 12x24 or 13x26 size pool. In the plans, we have a 6x6 Spa that will sit flush with the pool. How useful is to have a Spa or how often do current owner use their Spa? Is it worth the money to add this feature to the pool?

I also have a question regarding the plaster/finish. Any recommendations on which finish is better between the Diamond Brite or the River Rok?
