Cloudy Pool Water

I have an above ground pool with cartridge filtration system. I had some algae that I got cleared up, but the water is now blue but cloudy. I've shocked it 4 times, used clarifier, ran my pump for several days and its still cloudy. All of my balance levels are good. Any idea's of what I can do? I've heard some suggest floc but I know that's not wise with a filter pump.
