Can you help me identify the type of skimmer I have. I understand what the purpose of the 2 holes are (skimming and drain) but what is the raised circle next to the 2 holes. I am unable to put a diverter in the skimmer to get the drain to suction as I do not have separate why to control the drain. Based the following link this is what my skimmer looks like.
