Pool wall suction

The suction from my pool wall is intermittent thus not allowing my Kreepy to work. Any ideas. I have already checked to insure that lines are clear and have backwashed to lower built up pressure. Return water has bubbles even though I have bled the lines. Thanks for any help

Do you have a salt chlorine generator? Have you made sure your pump lid and gasket are clean and lubed? Water in the pump of coming out of the returns points to a suction side leak. If you cleaner isnt working right could be there.
