Kreepy gets caught on pool drain

Is there a device to put on the pool drain that will divert the Kreepy around it so it doesn't get stuck on it.

sounds like you have a 1 hole skimmer which shares suction with bottom drain/skimmer which will cause kreepy to get stuck from suction. You can buy a plug for skimmer pipe & drop it down past suction hole going to pump & tighten it up. this will stop suction to main drain & fix problem. When buying plug ask about tool for tightening it as most places have one made of PVC pipe.

Also check at your equipment as you can have a 1-hole skimmer but have faucet handles which control each skimmer & by shutting off one it will close suction to main drain/skimmer.
