Little Black Bugs

A couple of days ago, there was a discussion about the tiny little black bugs in the pool. I have this problem as well as others on this list. It was suggested that they might be "Springtails". I went with that assumption and treated the lawn around the pool. instead of continuing to treat the pool, which is what I had been doing. This is working just great. I am using "Green Turf, Lawn Insect Control" which I bought at ACE. I cannot find the Safer products in our area. I have to keep looking.

This is working. After 2 days with this product on the lawn, the bug problem has diminished at least 80%. The product will need to be reapplied at least every 4 to 6 weeks to keep things under control.
