water drain out into the skimer basket very fast

Water bugs, swimming insects and sweat bees.
Foaming bubbly water. Frogs in the pool.
Dead animals in the swimming pool.

Why did my water keep draining (really drain out and fast) out into the skimer basket, sometime on both sides? I have to keep fill water in the pool.
