- My Pool: 19,000 gallon saltwater pool with spa. Jandy filter, jandy control system
Spa spill over
On windy days the the wind catches the water from the spa spill over and throws is on the deck and landscaping. The salt water eventually kills the landscaping. Any ideas on a solution to this problem. Thanks

Don't run the spa spillover on windy days or change your landscaping

Re: Spa spill over
Sorry for sounding ignorant but is there a way not to run the spill over?

Re: Spa spill over
Depending on your plumbing you should be able to isolate the flow into the spa which will stop the spillover
The only other alternative would be to pipe the overflow down into the pool which would keep the flow through the spa
Waterfalls and aeration do raise your pH which you may need to adjust with acid
Lovely looking pool BTW is it new to you

Re: Spa spill over
Thanks for your response and compliment. The pool is about a year new to me (came with the property). I’m still learning it and when it warms up I plan to figure out what each pipe and valves serve. They are several manual valves and an a couple automatic jandy valves. Thanks again
