Not sure if I am in the right part of the forum, but. I have staining on my pool tiles from the reed bar bleeding through the grout. Is there a way of cleaning this and preventing in the future?

Rebar, hmm tricky. The grout must be porous. Probably have to cut back to the rebar and then re do the area with another compound like epoxy cement and grout.
Your water may also hold a key as it can be corrosive so if you can post some water test numbers.
I may not give you the answer you want to hear, but I will give an honest opinion of your situation as you decribe it.
