Use of Robotic Pool Vacuum
I have a 24,000 gallon vinyl lined in ground pool with a sand filter. I use a robotic vacuum Aquabot Turbo. How many times/week do you recommend that I run the Aquabot for a full 7 hour cycle? I have little visible residue in my pool this time of the year. Since I am now using the robotic vacuum, how often (every day?) and for how long (hrs./day) should I use my pool engineered filtration system?

The AquaBot doesn't replace the use of your filtration system.
Many of the robotic cleaners improve the water clarity due to the fact that they move large amounts of water through their on-board filtration bags. These actually filter finer than your sand filter, per maker, but they are not to be used in place of your filtration system. You can cut back your run time as long as your water is clear. If you see it turning cloudy, extend the run-time.
