My Pool: 30 year old in ground pool, 13,000 gal, white plaster, water line tile, attached 8 ft hexagon spa, skimmer w/ 2 main drain, 2 hp variable pump, de filter, 400,000 btu heater. All original equipment (except pump), original plaster and tile.

dedicated suction line for vacuum

I'm replacing skimmer, plaster, & tile and trying find best way to connect a dedicated vacuum outlet into existing single pump 2 drain system. What would be best skimmer to use?

Best on its own valved line through the wall and coupling in the plant room/pad.
If you want to use the skimmer then get one with a vacuum plate adapter that couples to the vacuum that way if I have understood corectly?
