Tiger Shark and venturi spitting out debris

We have a Tiger Shark robot which we bought in 2019. Just last week it started spitting out the debris from the bottom of the pool out of the top of the venturi tube? By doing this, is it stirring up the dirt making it cloudy and the next day looks just as dirty again. The filters are in good nick and washed after every use and the venturi tube is clear. They are the second filters. Hayward are totally rubbish and are impossible to get hold of.
