Vaccuum making pool cloudy

I have 14x32, inground vinyl, on chlorine.

During normal operation of my pool, the water is clear. When I hook up my Kreepy Krawler auto cleaner the systems seems to pressure up and I get air bubbles being returned to the pool. I have checked/tightened all my figtting and hoses, with a slight improvment but not much.

If my strainers and filter is freshly cleaned I won't have this problem until about 10 minutes of oepration then it comes right back.

Ayn ideas how to prevent this?
