algee problem

I have a simple set pool about 15ft in diameter & 3 feet deep and the bottom of the liner is full of algee. We were on vacation for a week and the filter was not run. What do I need to do?

Read this link, but get yourself a good test kit if you do not already have one: either the Taylor K-2006 kit you can get at a good online price here or the TF100 test kit from tftestkits(dot)com here with the latter test kit having 36% more volume of reagents so is comparably priced "per test".
