Liquid to Granular Chlorine Conversion
When I had my water tested I was instructed to add one litre of chlorine to the pool; however, I only have access to Granular Chlorine (calcium hypo) and was wondering how much of that I should use in place of the 1L?

Re: Liquid to Granular Chlorine Conversion
To be told to add I litre of liquid chlorine is rubbish. It all depends on the strength of the chlorine, you can use plain bleach
use Pool Maths to determine what quantity of chemical to use
You really need to get yourself a decent FAS/DPD test kit (Taylor K2006c or TF Testkits TF100 in the states) to get accurate results as maintaining an appropiate shock level means testing quite often during the day
There should be instructions on the packet if you go for the calcium hypochlorite
