Yellow stuff now, and 2 weeks later a green pool. This yellow stuff I won't get with copper sulfate.

Found someone with contacts at a water treatment plant. Will ask this week. No hope though...

I found a phosphate remover online. It will only cost me £1662,50 to get the phosphates down to 1 mg/L.

The almost straight line in the photo suggests it in front of a return jet? If so it's dirt, algae grow in areas of poor water movement.
So it would cost you quite a bit to get to 0.1mg/l , how much is this stuff?

Sorry, it's hard to see on the photo, but it's at the place where the pool floor slants to the deeper part. I think the current is different there.

It's £10 per 300ml and they write that "Theoretically every 1 ml of solution will reduce 0.01 ppm po4 in 100 liters of water". It contains Lanthanum, but yeah a bit too expensive.

On the other hand, there is good news. Every day that there was still yellow at the bottom of the pool I shocked again and now the pool is crystal clear, for the first time in I don't know how many months. So, I'm happy for the moment.

Do I start to get all the water chemical levels to return to their preferred level or wait a bit until the water is stable?
