Dumb chlorine feeder question...go easy on me.

I purchased a house a few years ago with a Hayward CL220 offline feeder. I'm trying to move away from using the tablets....but I went ahead and won a 35lb bucket from my local pool store when I bought a new Jacuzzi filter. lol SO the dumb question I have is this...

The CL220 is an offline feeder that uses holes drilled in the PVC pipes to feed the chlorinator and return chlorine to the pool. The piping is only 2 yrs old and I would rather not have to re-pipe when I eliminate the CL220 when the 35lbs of chlorine is gone. So is there a part/nut that will cap that device that clamps to the pipe where the small tubing is so that I don't need to redo the piping?

What would be the easiest way to cap these holes and eliminate the feeder?

Thanks.
