Water softener to get rid of calcium
Water softener to get rid of calcium
Wondered if anyone had used a water softener or "soft water" to get rid of sky high calcium levels?

Don't even bother to try. it's just not feasible to use a water softener to reduce that amout of water
Reverse Osmosis would work but the best, cheapest and easiest option is to partial replace

You could if you are not using a salt chlorinator use zeolite in a sand filter. Zeolites are natural ion exchange resins. You'll need to recharge the zeolite with a soak in salt water as it becomes saturated with calcium.
All down to cost as Dennis said, you now have 3 options.
