Calcium Buildup

Postby ida » Sat 14 Apr, 2007 13:14

I have a gunite pool with an El Dorado Blue rock waterfall. The white calcium line is very noticible on the blue rock, and is around my tile also. Is there a way to get rid of the line? Thank you for any help. It ruins the look of the pool. Have a nice day.

You can most likely wash the calcium deposits off with a water blaster. Be careful not to damage the rock. You will need to keep on top of this once cleaned up initially.

You cannot pressurewash the deposits off with just water. I use an injection system where I blast the deposit off. hopefully this will work.
