staining on cloths

Stains on the pool surfaces, pool equipment
or on the swimmers, or off-color swimming pool
water. Discolored but clear pool water.

can anyone help ? my pool water is dyeing white cloths blue.Also a blue film appears now and again on the surface.

What have you been adding to your pool in terms of chemicals? Are you using an algaecide? Is it copper based? Do you have a metal ionization system? What sort of sanitizer are you using -- chlorine, bromine, Baquacil/biguanide/PHMB or something else?

This can only be understood knowing the chemical composition of the pool water, plus the sanitizer and other external agents that you might be using in the pool.
