Stained vinyl pool bottom green

Pool opened well shocked vacuum pool cleared added the orb to skimmer and chlorine in a floater. Next day pool stained greenish cannot clean at all water clear do I need a new line ? Help

Sounds like you could have some organic or mineral staining. There are a vast array of Multi Stain Removers that will enable you to remove this stain without emptying the pool. I can suggest a few products but you need to ensure they do not come into contact with your liner directly.
