Travertine Pavers discolored, moisture, leak?

Our pool is only about a month old. We just started noticing some discoloration in our travertine paver decking. It looks like moisture, but it never dries even after a full day in the Arizona sun. Could this be a leak? Or is our travertine getting stained from the water somehow?

Sealed or un-sealed?

Unsealed, polymeric sanded, but some of the sand seems to be worn away some places and seems wet in others.

That's most likely your problem, going to need sealing. Great looking stone but not terribly practical.

I hope that's the issue. Is there any way to rule out a leak? it seems pretty wide spread for it to be from a single source plumbing or structural leak, but I've only owned a pool for about a month, so I'm far from an expert...
