blue stains on pool and equipment

I hgave had low ph and some green staining on ears and fingernails. After trying to raise the ph I noew have a 'pool blue stain' on the white plastic steps and in the pump housing and the skimmer baskets are blue!! How can Itreat this nightmare?

Your staining seems to be coming from metals the usual are Fe & Cu.

Check the levels of metals in your pool, staining seems serious.

What you can do is adding a stain sequesting agent or alternatively as I do advise alot is to simply bleed of and introduce fresh water.
