How do you acid wash a Pebble Tec pool?

Stains on the pool surfaces, pool equipment
or on the swimmers, or off-color swimming pool
water. Discolored but clear pool water.

How do you acid wash a Pebble Tec pool?

Our pool is 1 year old, and no matter what my husband does chemically, the stains (algae, dirt, rust) won't go away. I'm thinking it may be time to do it's first muriatic acid wash. Do you think this it the way to go and how do you do it exactly?

first thing, can you give a full set of chemical readings?
What color are the stains in your pool?
What has your husband done so far to try & fix problem?
There is sequestering agents/metal removers that can be added to help your staining problem.
You state algae & dirt which are not stains algae can be taken care of with proper chemical balance & pool maintenance. You can take care of dirt buildup with more pool maintenance or add automatic pool cleaner.
Rust happens when something made of metal sits on bottom of pool.
