Stains from ph reducer in fiberglass pool

Postby wsommariva » Wed 30 Apr, 2008 19:09

I added 8 pounds of a powder, probably sodium bisulfate. Have stains at the bottom where I added too much and it fell to the bottom. Any idea of how to remove the stains?

Thanks

Sodium bisulfate isont in powder form, its granulated , like tiny marbles. As far as it staining, it doesnt. It is actually used to lift stains in many cases. IF you did ad pH minus for sure you may have etched your liner, since bisulfate is highly acidic. Check your labels and post back
