HELP my pool water is green all my level r fine even the pool store cant help... iv shock it, ran the pump 3 days with out turning it off, used banish witch coasts alot of money,vacum, used a water clear up, tried everything, how can the level be fine and i can get back my blue pool...ps it a new pool this year with a sandy filter helpppp...

What exactly are your levels? You need to get your pH to 7.2-7.4 then keep your pool at shock level. You cant just shock the pool once and expect it to go away. You need to get your chlorine to at least 11ppm (higher depending on your CYA level) and keep it there until the level hold overnight. You need to brush your entire pool and leave your filter running 24hrs/day until the water clears. Backwash when necessary.
