green pool

Stains on the pool surfaces, pool equipment
or on the swimmers, or off-color swimming pool
water. Discolored but clear pool water.

my balance is good but my pool is still green i run my pump 24/7 i've been vaccuming everyday and brushing please help . itook my water sample to the pool store they are the ones that told me that my balance were fine

my pool is medium green the pool store told me that my balance is good but but the chlroine was high . i run the pump 24/7 and vaccum daily and brush

Have the pool store give you the actual numbers of the chemical balance. Without knowing them can't give you any advice.
