fading of liner and wrinkles when opened pool after winter

Our pool liner is 2 years old and we have had problems with wrinkles since it was installed. (pool is only 3 years old) Last year the liner was fine. The pool company closed it and when we opened it this year the liner faded dramatically at the water line and the wrinkles are getting progressively worse. We have been going back and forth with the pool company and not getting any help. My husband said when they closed it last year they put bottles and bottles of shock in the pool and left within 10 minutes. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get documentation from experts to say what they did ruined our pool? The liner company said that the fading is because we have a salt water pool, put we check our levels often and our alkalinity is normal and our ph level is within range also, and they are unwilling to help us either. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we should do and where to get documentation on what has caused our problems?
