Black stains on floor WHEN ADDIN CHLORINE

Stains on the pool surfaces, pool equipment
or on the swimmers, or off-color swimming pool
water. Discolored but clear pool water.

Black stains on floor WHEN ADDIN CHLORINE

when adding chlorine a black stains appear on the floor directly where chlorine is added - all chem levels within specs - PLEASE HELP
