linner discoloration

Too low of ph cased acid condition in my pool and caused copper heat exchanger in heater to turn liner light black discoloration. will this stain go away on its own?

you could try a metal out product. drop the ph first though

When I was schoking my pool this year with chlorine, after an hours the bottom of the pool looked stained, a darker blu which was not removable with a course brush. Only difference we dumped in a lot of bicarb to alkalize the water? Any explanation and sugesstions?
