Hi,
I live in Edmonton, Alberta. I was winterizing my vinyl lined pool the other day. I shocked the pool and the next day came out and checked on it. At the deep end are dark greenish clouds with black speckles in them. The shallow end has what would be a greenish film on it, probably like the greenish clouds but not so dense. The top level has a bit of charcoal looking floaties that when you touch turns into a cloud, so it's not organic. Same with the clouds at the bottom. They look like they can be scooped up with a net but when you do, it turns it to a cloud. The water, other than that is clear. It's very clear until you disturb the alien clouds at the bottom in which it then goes cloudy. Any ideas of what this is? I am a little concered as it hovers between -1 and 10 degrees the next while... then it drops to -25(celsius). I'd like to leave it until the spring but am not sure if this is the correct thing to do.
Thanks,
Jeremiah
