HydroForce Fast Set Pool problems

Hello i just purchased a new hydro force fast set pool, one of those blue inflatables, I pretty much believe it's almost level, except now it's a out 50% full and 2 sides of the wall are flat on the bottom like as if it wAs part of the liner, what could cause this?
