O salt aqua rite, new cell

Postby Rc330 » Fri 29 Mar, 2024 16:19

My aquarite says 0 salt with Check Salt and Inspect Cell lights solid. When I reset it by turning off and on, waiting 10sec until click and then hit diagnostics 5 times it still has salt level staying at 0 the entire time. It's a new cell installed about 2 months ago. I briefly hit the flow switch sensor with weedwhacker about a week ago but it didn't look like it did too much damage and when I unplug the switch from the control board the aqua rite immediately shows No Flow and when I plug it back in the No Flow goes away. What is the problem? Also salt is independently measured by pool company today at 2700 ppm, which is on lower end of OK but aquarite shouldn't have it at 0.

Clean the sensing probe?
