as chlorine? I have a pop up pool and just been buying chlorine tablets but a neighbor told me I can save money buy just adding bleach like ur clorox to the water. is this true? doesnt seem right to me but I wanted to double check. thanks guys

Yup. Doesn't matter the source of chlorine, be it cal hypo, pucks, salt or bleach. End result is chlorine.

yes, chlorine is chlroine and a by product. Liquid bleach will have a high pH and is not stabilized. Dichloro may be a good choice, easily dissolved and neutral pH
