VX Salt Chlorinator has power, but not responding

Hi
After some wild weather, our power was out for three days.
When the power came back on, the chlorinator stopped responding.
It is a Hurlcon VX Salt Chlorinator.
All the lights are on:
Low salt
No Flow
Boost
Chlorine Output set point

Pool mode-Auto/On/Off (all three are on)
Spa mode is on too.

In other words, every single LED that can, is on.

None of the buttons get any response.
Turning it off and on changes nothing.

Is there any way to reset it?
