Hey, I’m having trouble keeping chlorine in my pool. Brought my water down to he tested today, attached is the results. The guy told me the phosphates weren’t an issue and that they would go down by themselves with a proper filter run. So he told me to put two bottles of liquid shock in the pool. I did that and now today I did a quick check and it’s showing no chlorine again. I went back and he said it shouldn’t be the phosphates but said if I wanted to I can use nano-phos tabs and that will lower it a little. Am I doing everything correct?
Picture won’t come through, all the levels are showing good besides phosphates are a 1303

Re: Having trouble keeping chlorine in my pool
The pool professional said phosphates weren't an issue and recommended adding liquid shock, but it didn't work. They suggested nano-phos tabs to lower phosphates. To fix this, test chlorine levels regularly, check for leaks or splashing, clean and balance the pool, and consider UV exposure. If the problem persists, seek another pool professional's opinion. Proper maintenance is essential for a clean and safe pool. You can check more at https://www.poolhelpforum.com/

We are still waiting for the OP to come back with the numbers, so far they haven't so they can carry on believing what their paid pro says.
