Pool uses excessive clorine

What is floc, clarifier, stabilizer, cyanuric acid,
algaecide, brightener, dichlor, sodium hypo,
sodium bisulfate, ....??

We get a normal reading one day and the next day no clorine. Everything else is normal.

Whats cgoing on?

Has it been really hot & sunny where your are?
Are you covering your pool at night?
These can lead to chlorine loss.
