What is floc, clarifier, stabilizer, cyanuric acid,
algaecide, brightener, dichlor, sodium hypo,
sodium bisulfate, ....??

I had my sand replaced in my inground pool filter. Ever since that time I have had massive algae issues. Is there a chance that something is wrong or damaged in the filter, or this just a bad year for algae.

We keep up on a regular PM schedule, just as we have done in previous years.

No, your filter is not a source of algae. Your pool chemistry is off somewhere.

Using your test kit, please post a full set of numbers so we can see where you are at.
