millepede in swimming pool

What is floc, clarifier, stabilizer, cyanuric acid,
algaecide, brightener, dichlor, sodium hypo,
sodium bisulfate, ....??

can anyone give me info oh how to prevent these nasty creatures from going into pool. I keep removing a couple of them daily and they are alive. yuck
