Chloromatic help
Hi Doreen and welcome to the Pool Care Forums
For clarification:
Which Chlormatic do you have?
Have you checked the salt level? What is the level?
Have you checked and cleaned the wires that go to the flow/ salinity sensor? The sensor itself may also need cleaning. (It's the bit coming out at right angles from the generator cell or it may be plumbed in before the cell).

Chloromatic help
Hi Doreen
The flow/ salinity sensor I mentioned belongs to the Clormatic and not to your Monarch Chloromatic. I had a quick look at the Chloromatic manual and they only reference a gas sensor (and on some models a pressure switch) that may prevent the unit from producing chlorine.
