Hi all
I look after a number of pools on a Greek island
All is going well except for one pool I have recently taken over.
Ive added a pic of the test results as this is easier than trying to explain
I know it looks as though ive put test chemicals in the wrong tube but that is not the case, ive tried different test kits and taking samples from different areas of the pool with no change
Ive tried to shock the pool with no change to the results
Ive tried to increase the PH, again with no change to the result
Im currently waiting for a comprehensive test kit but in the mean time does anyone have any ideas what going on and how I could correct it.
The water is crystal clear and there is no smell of chlorine or any sighn of alge.
Any help would be fantastic
Thanks
Any ideas whats going on with these test results

The chlorine test is an OTO test where very high chlorine levels make the test turn orange so that just means you have a very high FC level in the pool. The yellow in the pH test probably means that the pH is very low. The pH test isn't valid at high chlorine levels, though usually it will read artificially too high, not too low, so it's likely that the pH is indeed too low.
This situation sound like an excess of Trichlor tabs/pucks has been used that has make the FC get high and the pH low. Is that the case?
