Soft Sided Legacy empty for 3 years in desert

Hi all. We have a 13x25 Legacy soft sided pool that has sat empty for 3 years, and we live in the high desert of California. I see no signs of cracking, dry rot, etc., and the pool feels as pliable as it alway had. Do any of you have any experience with these circumstances? We'd like to sell it, but don't want to sell a problem to somebody. As a last resort I suppose I could fill it and let it set for a while, but I'd rather not pay for the needed water, as money is tight right now. Thanks for any help!
