New liner for neglected pool

This is an existing inground liner pool. The pool has been drained for several years and the liner removed. So it is a mess. Metal walls and a sand bottom. the bottom looks like it has dug into rock so it is very jagged. what is the best solution. Picture of bottom is attached. The bottom is sand and everything from the edge of the metal wall is rock. Thanks for the response
