New here, need lots of help

Hello, I am new here and looking for some help that may save me some money, recently bought a house with an above ground pool, 15x30, 52" oval swim line pool with a deck built around it, last march there was a storm and debris fell on the cover and over a two week period all of the water has come out, now I'm looking to get a new liner (since I was told thats what the problem was) just needed a little advice, is it easy to do yourself/with a friend, what's a good price, just somethings to start off with, like i said, i am very new to the whole pool thing so any help would be much appreciated.
