Repair a large rip/tear in above ground pool.

I have an above Ground Round 18 ft inflatable ring pool its only a few months old and there is a large 4 ft rip or tear in the side of it near the bottom. is there any miraculous way this can be repaired or am I just SOL and need to buy a new pool

Not sure what you have locally but this sort of thing would be what you want on the inside and reinforce on the outside as well
