Need Help with Summer Escapes Pool!

Hi everyone,
I am new to the forum and I am really hoping that I can get an answer for my question. So I bought a Summer Escapes pool last year and we somehow managed to get a tiny hole near the bottom drainage hole right by the seam. We have tried the HTH vinyl repair kit and another brand of repair kit that contains nothing more than vinyl sheets with an adhesive on the back. Where it is located its hard to get any of these to stop this hole from leaking. We have to fill our pool back up probably every two days because it has leaked about six to eight inches of water out...or below the skimmer hole itself. Please someone help I would greatly appreciate it and so would my bank account because its running my water bill through the roof!!!! Thank you in advance!!
